MTA is a designated organization able to issue a letter of support to SUV applicants who then use the letter of support to apply to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for permanent residency in Canada. For MTA to issue a letter of support, the applicant must have a viable technology start-up, and sufficient capital to support the business plan.

MTA can also assist and support your clients in applying for a temporary work permit while waiting for their permanent residency application to be processed. This enables your clients to accelerate their business advancements in Canada.

We use a prestigious third-party screening committee to review applications within 21 business days. They provide recommendations or suggestions within 48 hours.

If approved, MTA issues a contract, followed by a prompt letter of support upon receiving the deposit. This streamlined process takes just 30 days, enhancing the application’s credibility for IRCC review.

ONE-ON-ONE BUSINESS ADVISORY

Clients receive personalized 1:1 business advisory services from our top advisors, who are assigned based on the alignment of their industry experience and skills. They also benefit from learning Canadian business practices and progressing their business on MTA’s Commercialization Pathway. Advisory hours vary based on team size and clients will be provided a monthly progress report. After 18 months, clients receive a graduation package with a certificate and auditable progress reports.

SCREENING PROCESS

We utilize a prestigious third-party screening committee composed of volunteers from Manitoba’s business community, politicians, and government officials. These committees review applications within 21 business days, providing recommendations for acceptance or suggestions for improvement. Results are communicated within 48 hours.

Upon a positive outcome, MTA issues a contract. Once the client pays the deposit, MTA promptly issues a letter of support. Our efficient process allows us to go from application to letter of support in just 30 days, enhancing the application’s credibility for IRCC review.
