MARSHALL RING, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Marshall has been involved in company formation and commercializing early-stage technologies since the late 90s. He is committed to providing executive mentoring, and building a strong network for Start Up Visa members. He has great reach into many national markets, service providers, and investors.
Marshall holds a Master’s Degree in Natural Resource Management specializing in Community Economic Development. He also holds an undergraduate Honours Degree in Cultural Anthropology.

Britney oversees finances, invoicing, monthly reporting and provides general support to the SUV advisors and clients.
Britney has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba.
SYDNY PHEIFER, SUV PROGRAM MANAGER

Sydny manages the SUV business unit for the MTA and provides general support to commercialization clients.
Sydny has a Diploma in Business from Red River College.

Michael assists MTA start-up companies with innovation and technology development.
Michael has a Ph.D in Biomedical Engineering.
