Application Process
I am Eligible If:
- 1My business has 5 owners or less.
- 2Each applicant for the visa holds 10% or more of the voting rights at the time of application. Applicants must cumulatively hold over 50% of the total viting rights at the time of application.
- 3All of the applicants meet the level 5 language proficiency requirements set out by the Government of Canada.
- 4Each applicant has a minimum of $24,949.00 (for a single family applicant).
