Mike is an accomplished senior executive with over 39 years of experience in a variety of leadership as well as sales and delivery executive positions serving Canadian and North American markets with IBM and Accenture. Mike brings broad sector experience in a number of industries including energy, utilities, financial services and public sector. Mike has a focus on strong relationship management, program management, with leadership strengths in team building and leading large client engagement teams.

Most recently, as a member of the senior leadership team within the Accenture Calgary location, Mike led the growth and development of the Canadian energy practice in Calgary achieving ten-fold growth in revenue, increasing staff from under 25 to over 300 employees and establishing a number of new, key energy clients. With P&L responsibility, Mike oversaw all business development, client relationships, employee engagement, recruiting and business operations
