After FineLine was sold, David began to apply the same discipline to a range of investment and consulting opportunities. Purchased and grew FineLine Solutions from a regional provider into a best-in-class provider of data, payment and constituent management services to enterprise-class commercial and non-profit clients across North America and the UK. Exited in 2015 to a publicly traded US company.

Major clients included Bentall Developments and Canada Life (formerly GWL Realty Advisors). Developed and implemented data-driven strategies to fully tenant large scale office developments in the Winnipeg market including 201 Portage Ave. (500,000 sq ft) and a number of GWL owned properties.
